Hilda graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dieticians with Honours from Monash University in 2015. Since then she has worked in clinics all across Melbourne, and has helped many patients from various ages and cultural backgrounds in improving their diet, health and wellbeing.

Hilda specialises in weight management and diabetes. Her interest in food and weight management stems from personal experience struggling with her weight since childhood. Since becoming a Dietitian she has found the balance in enjoying physical health, whilst still being able to enjoy her favorite foods and the social aspect of food.

Hilda is passionate about using her t her own past experiences, combined with her extensive training, work experience and the latest scientific evidence to assist her patients to have a healthy lifestyle without restriction and guilt.

Hilda’s interest in diabetes developed from volunteering at Diabetes Victoria camps for participants with Type 1 Diabetes, and from working closely with endocrinologist and diabetes educators in this area.

Freya graduated with a Master of Clinical Exercise physiology degree at Deakin University.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist , Freya strives to help others achieve their optimal health and well being through exercise and support. This involves prescribing exercise to help those with injuries, illnesses and disabilities to help improve or prevent decline in their condition and enhance quality of life. Freya is highly passionate to help others and strongly believes in taking a client – centered approach to increase functional capacity.

Freya will design, deliver and evaluate individualized evidence-based exercise programs whilst promoting a healthy lifestyle. Freya will also provide education about health and physical activity, implement strategies to overcome barriers to exercise , offer lifestyle advice and modifications with a focus on behavioral change.

James is a experienced podiateist with10 years of clinical experience and has worked in different clinical settings including community health service, private practice and residential aged care facilities.

James has a special interest in diabetes and diabetic foot care and assessment, and wound management. He is currently working at a community health centre as a consultant podiateist and an associate podiateist at a long established podiatry clinic. He is also working at a day therapy centre which is part of a major aged care organisation in Australia.

James has rich experience with various podiatric conditions, covering general foot care, aged foot care, diabetes foot care and assessment, wound management, biomechanics, and footwear. He has a good understanding of elderly parents’ needs and is able to provide quality treatment and care for patients of all ages.

Ms Yu was born in China and has lived for extended periods of time in Tokyo, Singapore , Sri lanka before registering her practice – Resetme Health Center Mitcham in 2011, only a few months after arriving in Australia.

In China , Ms Yu studied at the Beijing International Acupuncture Institute. In Sri lanka, She studied at the Ayurveda Colombo Institute and became one of the few registered foreigner Ayurveda practitioners. In Melbourne, she completed the diploma of muscle therapy and remedial massage.

She is a fully registered health practitioner with MMA, FCMA, AAA in Australia as well as health insurance companies.

Now she offers treatments containing Acupoint needling, Remedial Massage , Cupping and Herbs.
